Manjane (pronounced as Manyane) comes from Bela Crkva, Serbia. He started his career in 2007 at the age of 15. First he became a resident DJ at a local underground club, playing jackin and deep house. A year later he started producing and soon caught the eye of famous Gramophonedzie who then invited him to join his crew and help running his record label Disko Zoo. Manjane’s first EP “Badger” got a positive feedback from DJs like Derrick Carter, Mark Farina, DJ Heather, Honey Dijon and many others. He also joined forces with his mate Jazzy and together they recorded “Loma Funky” & “U dont have to”, which was remixed by Sonny Fodera. This 19-year-old producer is appreciated by some big names. His tracks were charted & played by Gramophonedzie, Mark Farina, DJ Mes, Hector Moralez, Phil Weeks to name a few. He released tracks for labels like Guesthouse, Maracuja, Funk Mansion, and of course, Disko Zoo.
Manjane has played at numerous festivals and clubs throughout Serbia and Southern Europe. He rocked the stage at The Love Festival in Vrnjacka Banja with Sonny Fodera & Blacksoul in August 2010.
He has played also with Gramophonedzie at different clubs in Balkan region and this has become a regular thing now.
